In a challenging property market we have decided to do “things differently”. We havemobile offices that will offer our clients a service right on their doorstep. No more tagging along to an office. Convenience, safety and a unique marketing approach is what we've got.

We need to sell homes fast, efficient and with the least inconvenience to our clients. Our clients are probably selling their most valuable asset and we need to ensure that our marketing approach and service ads to that.

In conjunction with our bond originator, we will be able to offer our clients the convenience of arranging the installation of their telephone line, set them up with furniture moving companies, give them the options of short term insurance, life insurance and home owners insurance. Our Attorneys will ensure that the registration of your home will be hassle free and done within record time.

With our mobile office we will be able to give our clients a “fare market value” right away, anywhere. All our "show houses" is done from our mobile office and all clients that visits our show houses will first be evaluated before entering your home. Therefore ensuring that only the right buyer will be entering your home. With our “wheels on” approach and marketing skills, we will deliver a sincere, honest and reliable service to all our clients.

We believe that “two is better than one”, and therefore offer our clients not one agent, but two dedicated agents to sell their home. All of our agents are working in a partnership and we all obtained our CEA (Certificate for Estate Agents) as well as our CRS (Certificate for Realtor Specialists). We don’t believe in the concept of everyone for himself and we strongly believe that working as a team is the key to great success.
